Concept for HSR!Julian! She hides her mechanical arms - which are built from old mannequin arms - with her coat and gloves :3 She's from a world that worshipped the Beauty (the same as Argenti's in fact, as they're siblings), so she has roses here and there in her design~ The smaller tufts of her bangs are silver.
