How to Remove Chapstick from Your Collar

One of the issues, that you can take care of alone, without having much problems is removing of chapstick from your shirt's collar. It's something that you better treat as soon as you notice it, you can use the following products: dull blade, wax remover, laundry detergent, bleach and a couple of paper towels. With the use of the dull blade remove the bigger part of the chapstick, be careful not to smear it all over instead. Apply the wax remover next according to the instructions, that are written on the label. Let it stay for 30 minutes and wash the fabric in the hottest water that it could bare.

Give it enough time to penetrate into the stain and after that apply laundry detergent and rub carefully. A third method that you can try is by using dry cleaning fluid. Simply lay flat the affected spot on a clean towel and apply dry cleaner on the back of the stain. Allow it to dry and launder as you do usually.
