Come on, who doesn't laugh when the Doctor's drunk and accidentally invented the banana daiquiri a couple of centuries too early? Fave Doctor moment (though, with so many episodes to choose from, this was really just the first good one that popped into my head.)
That awkward moment when you're lying in bed at night and you can hear the ticking of a clock. And then you remember that there is no clock in the room. Then you think it's a bit like the Clockwork Androids from Doctor Who. Then you scare yourself so you don't move all night.
