My family enjoyed a concert last night by Clocks in Motion percussion quartet—Megan Arns, Matthew Coley, Christopher G. Jones, and Sean Kleve. We loved all the instruments the quartet brought with them and played, including vibraphones, xylophones, marimbas, a hammered dulcimer, drums, bongos, coffee cans, and seashells, among many others. My personal favorite was the opening performance of selections from “Threads” by Paul Lansky—beautiful, ethereal, and atmospheric.
