Ā Ā Ā --School was overrated, wasnāt it? It was a cliche set up to be the best time of your life, but Levi just found it to be full of struggling to fit into other people's standards, and lazy education. There was nothing of prefabrication that set you up for a successful future. The only success that came was in your prom--and even that seemed to be a joke. Leaving the school, Leviās feet carried him along with the rolling leaves on the ground. Fall was approaching, and even though he didnāt admit it out loud, it was his favorite time of year. He wasnāt too much of a fan of pumpkin spice flavored everything, everywhere, but carving pumpkins was certainly something he sought out to do.Ā āRomeo, oh Romeo.ā Levi taunted catching up to the blond haired boy. Romeo was one person that Levi actually labeled to be a friend. Those didnāt come often to him, he found most people to just be a downfall. However, Romeo was different, he was shy, and looked at the world innocently. --or at least thatās what Levi often saw behind the otherās pale blue eyes.Ā āI thought before you go the other direction to your house...-- and ran into your protective sister... Iād ask ya something.ā His hand patted the boys shoulder a couple of times before he stepped in front of Romeo. He thought maybe he would decline kindly because of his parents. Levi didnāt necessarily have the strict order of parents that Romeo did.Ā āWhat do yaā say we skip homework and raid Mr. Sampsonās pumpkin patch?ā His arms folded to his chest. Levi was a good kid-- but he had a liking for rebellion, and maybe it was just the balance to pull Romeo out of his shell a little.Ā
