I have an interview today!!! 

I am sooo nervous because I’ve been on so many interviews in the past few weeks and nothing has come through. But this one is for a preschool that’s just opened and I’m really excited because their curriculum is interactive and I like that! I don’t want to get my hopes up though. 

I’ve been calling Nadine trying to get her to come over to help me pick out something to wear but all my calls are going straight to voicemail. I know she’s still mad that I was trying to tell her about her little friend Kory. Anyway, I’ll have to check on her later but I’m so grateful for Calista. She always comes through. She helped me pick something nice and professional. She also told me to ditch all the yellow. (I figured if I was going to interview at a preschool I thought I should wear bright colors lol) 

Well, let me go so I can catch this bus and try to get there early. Byeee!!

i scream u scream we all scream for ice cream!

Malakai and I decided to go on a late night adventure to get ice cream. So, a little update I guess, work is going great! My boss decided to make me partner at the preschool and we’re branching out. Our school has been getting a lot of positive feedback and we’ve decided that we can afford to create a new location somewhere. We’re still deciding where we are trying to branch out to. Malakai and I are together, lol yeah we’ve been together for a few weeks and I’m really happy. I’m moving to a new place soon! Somewhere closer to work because the commute is a nightmare!! OHHH my car is fixed!! lmao remember it was sitting at the shop all sad and broken. I finally got it fixed. Things are looking up I guess…although I haven’t spoken to Nadine in weeks. I don’t really know what to say at this point. This is the longest we’ve stopped talking…I guess at this point we’re both trying to figure out what to say or how to start up a dialogue with each other… Well that’s it for me…Kory has been calling me for the last few minutes I’m gonna see what’s up. Byeee! 

Happy Sunday!

So, mommy bought me and Nadine these matching dresses to go to church with her today. Honestly, I haven’t been to church in years but it was refreshing to hear some words of encouragement. Anyway, mommy made Nadine go up and sing a song. I forgot how amazing her voice is. I remember when she wanted to become a singer...I wonder if she still has that dream? 

We went back to mommy’s for Sunday dinner and saw a few of our old neighborhood friends. It was a cool day. Nadine and I didn’t really speak much, yes y’all, she’s still mad!! I miss talking with her though...

Welp, I hope all of you enjoy this Sunday! 

Why are weekends so short?

I need an extra day at least lol! Well, Calista and I decided to go see GET OUT, it was amazing! I started work and I enjoy my job soooo much!! I promised the kids that they will get a Start of the week party on Monday lol! So, we’re also going to pick up some stuff from the store. I feel like I’m trying to catch all of you up since I’ve been MIA. But my days have been pretty uneventful, except me and Nadine still aren’t talking, talking. Hopefully, she’ll understand where I was coming from soon?? But for now she’s definitely giving me the cold shoulder. 

But, that’s all I have for now so I guess I’m out lol! See ya!

Hellooo!!!

I ran into Malakai while out and about and he (being the gentleman that he is) treated me to lunch. How sweet :) Anyway, I was actually on my way to see Nadine because I haven’t heard from her since Valentines day smh. I can’t believe how she’s acting about this whole thing. All I did was warn her about her friend. Any caring sister would do what I did. But she’ll figure it out on her own. I guess...

Well, time for good news I GOT THE JOB!! I’m now a pre-school teacher at the Mayfield Primary School. My boss is super young but really cool. I tried to tell Nadine but like I said she’s M.I.A. I hate when she gets like this...anywaysss I’m out you guys I hope you enjoy the rest of your day byeee!

Happy Galentines Day Everyone!!

Since me and Nadine are single and only sometimes want to mingle lol I decided to make a girls night out. So, today was our Galentines day (instead of the 13th we went out on the actual day lol) Nadine invited her....homegirl Kory (which I don’t really like the girl but anyway...) and I invited my bff Calista!!

Anyway everything was cool until Nadine had to make a “pit stop” to do some business...but me and Cal ate more food and GUESS WHO I SAW!! That cutie I saw at my old job a few weeks ago. His name is Rico *fans self because he has a fuckboy name* BUT turns out him and Kory are “talking” (at least that’s what she said and she got really defensive when me and Cal asked about him sooooo....on to the next one) I also met Malakai and me and Cal took some goofy pics with him to pass the time but he didn’t seem to mind lol and plus he asked me for my number. SOOO..

All in all this was a pretty cool Galentines day! Hope yall enjoyed yours :)

Friends how many of us got them?

Sooooo, got some bad news today. My boss has been forced into an early retirement and closing his practice down. So, I’m out of a job as of next week. And I have rent due and I missed the last 2 months, car insurance AND my car still isn’t fixed I just...

anyway, I called my girl Calista crying and carrying on and she flew over to cheer me up with food. She’s a real one. We’re also looking for open positions. She said I should try to do something with my degree. I went to school for child development but it’s hard finding something that I actually like. The system is screwed and I really don’t wanna work in something like that. But I can’t be picky if I want to survive. 

Oh my God, Jesus, Mary and Joseph! 

The thirst was real! I saw him walk into the office and I couldn’t take my eyes off of him... I walked over to the bookshelf to get a better look lmao! I think he saw me. Judge me all you want i literally don’t care, he was fine. Anyway, hope he doesn’t have a tumblr lol!
