He heaved a sigh of relief and strode over to where Cleo sat and leaned against the bar. “Come here often?” He teased lightly, having seen her often enough to know the answer. He scanned the room and rolled his eyes, “What a load of duds. Here, let’s play a game—how many of these pretentious assholes do you think are talking about how much they genuinely like the taste of whiskey?”
