Hello! It’s with great happiness that I officially announce that me, @polly-weasley and my dear friend Ladderofyears ( @clemandben ) are going to be opening the doors for a new fest: HD Domesticity Fest!
What is this fest about, you may ask. Me and LoY were discussing about how it would be nice to have a fest exclusively for soft, warm fanfiction that were all about being domestic and warm. A fest in which we wouldn’t have to worry about heavy angst (of course, this is about being domestic, being real, so problems happen and a little angst is inevitable), in which we could have comfort, and a happy ending.
This is a fest about everything nice: being roomates living together, best-friends who become lovers, a newlywed couple dealing with their lives, a family starting to grow, saving someone from a bad situation and keeping them at your home to take care of them, maybe having an accidental bond!? The possibilities are infinite! But of course, they all should revolve around being domestic (which means, being in close quarters to each other!)
Remember: This is aaaaaall about being domestic, cuddling, cooking together, watching the telly late at night, playing games together and generally enjoying living together, be it as friends or lovers or a family.
