Ellie wasn’t good with kids --- or at least the last time she checked she had declared herself so. Still, she couldn’t help but feel for someone like Clementine.  At least she had got to be a kid, do kid things, enjoy life before it went to shit.  With that in mind, she broke her own self imposed rule to avoid kids (more for their sake than hers) and sought out the young girl.  “Hey...” She smiled (oh please don’t let this be awkward).  “Clementine right?  I’m Ellie.  We sort of met the night you arrived.”

       The archer looked up from the arrow he was currently trying to fix, another one broken and they weren’t easy to come by so he spent his time fixing them. It could wait though, he moved to set the arrow beside him as he looked up at her curiously. “Yea–what’d ya need?”
