Jan Contala has completed his bachelor's and master's studies in architecture at the University of Innsbruck. During his studies, he has already worked under the supervision of Prof. Marjan Colletti at REX/LAB (robotic experimentation laboratory) on several large-scale 3D printing projects. Today, Jan, together with Philipp Schwaderer, runs the cera.LAB and researches future potentials of digitally designed and 3D printed ceramics.
