Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Layer half of the potatoes and onion slices into the baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and half of the Cheddar cheese. Repeat layering potatoes, sauce, and Cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

It takes about two minutes on each side to brown the chicken rolls. In a baking dish, put the chicken rolls. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
