Gordon Ramsay's Delicious Beef Shepherd's Pie Recipe
Gordon Ramsay's Classic Beef Shepherd's Pie Recipe
Chicken Cordon Bleu is a classic dish that combines tender chicken, savory ham, and gooey Swiss cheese. It's a perfect choice for a delicious and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 slices ham. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Press the chicken breasts together with plastic wrap until they are 1/4-inch thick. Put a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top of each chicken breast. Roll up each chicken breast tightly, and if you need to, use toothpicks to keep them together. Put flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs and put them in a different dish. Break up the breadcrumbs in a third dish. Mix the flour and salt together, then dip each chicken roll in beaten eggs. Finally, cover each roll with breadcrumbs. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. It takes about two minutes on each side to brown the chicken rolls. In a baking dish, put the chicken rolls. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Take out the toothpicks before serving.

These Beef Stroganoff Burgers have all the rich flavors of traditional beef stroganoff and the satisfying texture of a burger. These burgers are a tasty take on a classic dish that are great for grilling over a campfire.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup diced onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Butter for toasting buns. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or campfire over medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the beef mixture into four burger patties. Place the burger patties on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or to your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, melt a little butter in a skillet over the campfire. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and slightly browned. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with a pinch of paprika and salt to taste. Toast the burger buns on the grill or over the campfire until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous spoonful of the sour cream mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top of the sour cream mixture. Top the burger patty with the sauted mushrooms and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish. Finally, place the top half of the bun on the assembled burger. Serve the Beef Stroganoff Burgers hot, and enjoy!
