me: i hide the pain

As none of you know, I started paramedic school last week. The first week of class is always a sort of crapshoot; everyone has to sit through the syllabus and kind of jockey for position and social structure starts taking shape. Well. Let me tell you a story. There are nine of us. None of us are attractive, not very many of us are smart. About half of us work in commercial EMS, and the other half have no experience whatsoever. There are a couple of banal guys, ex military, going out for fire and interested in medicine, but not like, crazy about it? Maybe that will change, or maybe I'm reading them wrong. There's one other girl. I have no opinions about her. Of interest are three of the guys in the class. One: secret doctor. This motherfucker is quiet smart. Half the class is trying to learn about what blood sugar means and then he busts out some bullshit about polysaccharide chains and I'm like, this bitch has a medical degree or something. Two: Hillbilly Geoff: in spite of the weird name spelling, he's not a hill billy, he's smart, but has no experience and gets kind of nervous. I'm rooting for him and his dumb ginger beard. Three: The Loudmouth. We know this guy, there's always one. Sometimes it's me, but I'm usually polite. This asshole talks over everyone. He has to contribute something to everything. He drives me crazy, but I know in my heart that he's compensating and that I'll either end up killing him or he'll fade out. Or he'll succeed in that mind boggling way that asshole guys do, breezing through life and I will then kill him. I want him to stfu so Hillbilly Geoff can learn and ask questions. I want Secret Doctor to tell him he's wrong. Maybe that will happen, maybe not. Either way, I'm going to destroy him with grades, and if we ever run together, that motherfucker is gonna get dusted. Now, we wait.

If she's not staying over she lies awake sometimes wondering what it would be like if she lived with him and Sia for real instead of just staying over sometimes.She also wonders if he remembers that time he got her drunk and she admitted she wanted to kill her lusus and he called her crazy for it, and wonders if he would still feel the same way now.

l was supposed to get this really good 9 - 5 job earlier but the guy that calls people in to start working was out sick for the longest and l didnt wanna have to pay the fee you get when you drop out too late but lm salty af cause l liked that class and l didn’t even have to drop it but oh well lm still getting the job so l guess it wasn’’t mtb
