quick question so my class resumed after april 1st and i want to drop it and re take it i think i have until may 12th to drop it without a grade, after i drop it what would it say on my record? also it's a course that's mandatory for my program would they kick me out? im in year 1
If you drop the course by the drop deadline then the course will not appear on your transcript.
I don’t think so, but you should still talk to an academic advisor.

Your drop deadline for Yearly/Winter course is also different, it’s May 12th.
i thought the uni said if the strike ends before april 6 the classes that have no resumed yet will NOT follow S1 term... but now theyre saying that theyre only gonna release first exam period tomorrow? i honestly don't want my exams to be in may or june!!
Class won’t be following the S1 term. Classes will be resuming immediately. But because these courses would have to make up for the time that other resumed courses have all ready made up, their exam schedule is pushed back. The rule about April 6 only applies to classes. Classes will not run into May, but exams might. In which case, you can practice the option to have your final grade based on the work you’ve done so far if you can not attend exams in May.
