EVANGELIST KAREN CLARK SHEARD is an American Grammy Award–winning gospel recording artist, songwriter, and First Lady of the Church of God in Christ, best known for her powerful soprano voice and as a member of the legendary gospel group The Clark Sisters. She first rose to prominence with The Clark Sisters, who helped bring gospel music into the mainstream with hits like “You Brought the Sunshine,” and she later launched a successful solo career with albums such as Finally Karen and 2nd Chance that earned Grammy, Stellar, Soul Train, Dove, and NAACP Image nominations and awards. Her vocal style, marked by a signature multi-octave range, has influenced artists across genres. She has also co-founded "Karew Records" with her husband, helping to produce and promote gospel music through her own label. EVANGELIST DORINDA CLARK-COLE is a highly acclaimed American gospel singer, songwriter, evangelist, talk show host, and cultural leader, often referred to as “The Rose of Gospel Music.” She rose to prominence as a key member of The Clark Sisters, one of the most successful and influential gospel groups in history, helping them win multiple Grammy Awards and become internationally recognized. As a solo artist, Dorinda has earned numerous awards, including multiple Stellar Gospel Music Awards and a Lady of Soul Award, and her albums have consistently charted on Billboard’s gospel charts. She has also made history beyond music, becoming the first African American woman to preach to more than 4,000 people in South Africa, highlighting her influence in both ministry and global evangelism. In addition to her musical legacy, she is an entrepreneur and media personality, hosting the nationally syndicated Dorinda Clark-Cole Radio Show and television programs like "The Dorinda Show" and "Gospel According to Dorinda", which extended her reach to audiences across the United States.
