PET STORE

Charley stops by a favorite pet shop early in the morning, only to discover they are not yet open for business. The store is usually full of interesting food aromas and sometimes he is allowed to have a treat sample. The store also has a resident cat that Charley likes, but the admiration is not mutual, at least so far. Upper West Side, Manhattan, NYC

Charley feels happy and excited after his doctor’s appointment. He enjoyed seeing her, greeting everybody and having a treat afterwards. Upper West Side, Manhattan, NYC

VET

Charley visits his vet for a brief office visit. He had a small bump on his neck that his doctor easily removed and wasn't anything worrisome. She also gave him a brief overall exam while he was there, listening with her stethoscope to his heart and breathing and using her hands to examine him all over. She said everything looked good and sounded good. He enjoyed seeing her and greeting everyone in the office. He weighed in at 15 pounds and 5 ½ ounces. Afterwards, he had a biscuit from a jar in the reception area as a reward. After leaving the office, he walked to the nearby subway station then hopped into his bag for the ride home.
