Benchmarc Events was a part of yet another exciting event as we had the privilege of catering a 'Citi Thank You' event at the Hearst “Designer Visions” Apartments at Walker Towers in Chelsea.

           In this historic building three experts in the fashion, food and mixology industry shared their trends and gave demonstrations, one of whom was our very own Benchmarc Events Executive Chef Jennifer Day. Chef Jenn’s demonstration was about creating the perfect cheese board. She taught guests how to properly cut cheese in uniform cubes, what assortment of cheeses to include in a well-balanced cheese board, how to prepare the board ahead of time, and some great accompaniments that go along with cheese offerings.

  To accompany the industry experts, we provided a lovely array of passed hors d’ouervres as well as a few yummy stationary items.
