in fact, he holds the secret belief that there should be no women in government at all, and that's just great because there definately aren't women in the country that we live in, nope, nope, nope.
i don't believe that i, even as a dude who has periods, am fully qualified to speak on women's issues. i'm kinda like an enemy spy who learned the language from a book: i'm never going to fully understand how the natives speak and think, but i am informed of my own experiences there in a rudimentary way.
but my dad, a cis man, thinks that other cis men have that right to speak on women's issues and make massive decisions on women's bodies, despite it "not being their place" to learn basic biology because it's not of their gender.
