uhhhh I was a weird kid that wasn’t exactly raised on the pokemon anime, except for the entei movie and the two vhs tapes i had, so it’s very strange territory for me to get into. (I was bigger on the card game)
The anime is pretty good, considering that it’s been around for years and years, which can lead to continuity issues. Its style has been shifting for a while, and I actually really like the new style it has! it’s a stark contrast from the original pointy edged style, that really put me off as a kid. I’m a sucker for soft looking characters, and giving Pokemon characters a softer, rounder, more pastel appearance has really piqued my interest. I also like some of the newer pokemon, regardless of how furrybait-ish it is.
This may seem odd, but could I have a genderfluid Tsukuyomi from Puzzle and Dragons? He’s confirmed to be nonbinary by the artists.
