Theo is a kind hearted gentleman with a carefully controlled dark side that he is usually honest about if called into question seeing as Theo is not fond of lying about himself like Bill is. Theo can fluidly switch between gender due to having no set chromosomes due to a mutation in his genes that left him with bleach white skin and a black backdrop to his eyes often causing other to tease or bully him for his unusual appearance. Theo is a major romanticist as well as a well educated demon having skill in things like alien/human medicine as well as alien/human law having dedicated his life and studies to learning about aliens as well as human beings. Theo also avidly studies gender and sexual science and is a big believer as long as someone love is genuine and not harmful it should be respected. Theo for most of his life has been pansexual and polyamorous though says if he could find himself a proper lover he would change to monogamous. Theo is however incompatible with asexual people seeing as he has a incubus like need for intimacy though still respects ace/aro people saying both are valid identities and romantic/sexual relationships are a choice and you should never shame people for living differently if they are happy. Theo is out of  all his family the second most reasonable and sane one next to his mother only suffering from anxiety which he medicates with alcohol to retain his calm, level and lovable nature.

Bio: Thadius is the father of Bill and Theo Cipher and the husband of Xillia Cipher.Thadius is a sociopathic genius with a fascination for the arcane and unusual which in his youth led him to develop a partnership with an unknown eldritch spirit who later betrayed him and made him his puppet. Soon Thadius was portrayed as a sneakily violent demon who abused his wife and children behind closed doors while using his kingdom in all manners of atrocious ways. At one point in Bill’s teen years a fight was instigated between the father and son where Bill had caught his father off guard and sealed him under the impression Thadius was technically dead not realizing that the Corrupt demon had infected him leaving him as the new monster that would eventually take center stage as the infection grew and consumed Bill.
