PICKS, PICKS, PICKS - Week 6

First off, we want to pass along our prayers and condolences to everyone affected in Haiti, the Bahamas and along the southeast part of the U.S. by Hurricane Matthew. We hope better days are ahead for you all very soon.

The football season is moving along rapidly and the “O.G.” is still in the lead of PICKS, PICKS, PICKS. Willie Epting Jr. went 14-6 last week and was a last second game-winning field goal by North Carolina to beat Florida State shocker away from an undefeated week in the College games (Sorry, Dwayne). Donny was 13-7 and Dwayne got back right with a 10-10 mark.

This week, some big rivalries are featured among our college games as Texas seemingly fights for their head coach’s job in the Red River Showdown vs. Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl, Iowa at Minnesota for the Floyd of Rosedale (yes, a pig) and the rivalry of the 1990’s with Florida State at Miami. In the NFL, the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles are in the Motor City to tangle with the Lions, a good 3-1 Houston team faces the undefeated Vikings in U.S. Bank Stadium, the 3-1 Falcons battle the undefeated, reigning and defending World Champion Broncos in Denver, and the Bengals take on Zeke, Dak and the Cowboys.
