fast forward to artemis being last one to leave after practice bc she works harder than everyone else and wanted to get a few more reps in. & it’s easier this way bc all the other girls left so she gets the whole locker room to herself. she gets in the showers and it’s steamy and she’s watching her hair so she can’t see much but she hears cindy next to her saying i forgot my shampoo in my locker do my mind if i borrow yours? AND CINDY FUCKING BURMAN LEANS RIGHT IN TO BORROW THAT SHIT & THAT’S WHEN ARTEMIS CAN FINALLY SEE.
