☤ - a memory of death/loss
Cherry never likes to talk about it but there is one memory that stays with her and that is the death of her mother. At a very young age, Cherry lost her kind mother while they were venturing through the forest one afternoon. They were going to pick flowers together and as Cherry went to pick a flower, a Camellia, to give to her mother, things went downhill. She had gotten lost on her way back to her mother and she heard gunshots in the distance. Running to go find her mother, she found her mother on the ground and held against her will while some of the humans from their village stared at the child. They had found out the secret that Cherry’s mother was hiding and in front of Cherry’s eyes, she watched her mother get executed as the flower dropped from her hands.
Camellias are important to her in two ways: one reason is because it was her mother’s favorite flower and also the name of the boy she loves dearly. But in both cases, she has lost her precious camellias forever.
