they are back in GA. although there was that court order that allowed for them to move back to NY in 2023, they apparently are back in GA. below is a email from the sheriff’s office:

i blocked out the home address but if you want to see it, you can find it on the sex offender registry as it is public information to protect everyone from them. not sure why this changed and their back in GA. 🤷‍♀️

edit: what i’m referring to about the court order.

I finished speaking with the victim who went to the court sentencing today and have more news, here are a few of the new details: 

- HE IS DEADLOCKED IN GA. what this means, is he cannot go back to the comfort of his home with his mommy to take care of him in NY. he has to serve his probation sentence in GA where he comitted the crime for 10 years with a suspended sentence if he breaks the rigid house arrest rules. 

- ciel star verbally pleaded guilty when asked multiple times if he was guilty of all the charges by the judge. when asked if he is guilty, they also ask for example “are you being forced to plead guilty to these charges?” and he said no, he is doing this out of his own sound mind and body. 

- the judge “threw the book at him” which in legal terms means he roasted him while serving his sentence. the judge would’ve given him 40+ years in prison if he didn’t have this mental illness card, and agreed that he deserved MUCH MORE for the crimes. with that being said-- the judge changed his suspended sentence, that was originaly 2+ years, to now be 20-40+ years in prison if he were to break his probation rules.

- all of the rules and regulations I listed briefly in my last post still stand, and later we will know more about the “details”. I’m not sure when cobb county will have the records posted to the public on their portal about the sentence today-- but I will keep a look out for it. 

My own finishing thoughts regarding the case-- I absolutely believe justice has been served today. the victim took her life back from him today, and took his away from him forever. he is no longer free to harm children anymore, his miserable pathetic life is over and he has no one but to blame for it but himself. understand that although he is not being sent to prison now, it is a VERY real possibility he will be soon enough. he has shown time and time again how he believes he is above the law by breaking house arrest rules throughout the trial process.. so It is very likely he hang himself again. so I’ll say again: IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING! If you see suspcious acitivity that may lead you to believe it could possibly be ciel star, reach out to me so I can send it to the authorities to be investigated. 

I will be updating later today with more information regarding the sentencing, as today the hearing is taking place, but what I can share for now is that he has plead guilty to the charges as well as a plea deal. the plea deal he took entails a lot of rules and regulations that I will share more in depth later but for now here is a short summary:

Unfortunately, he managed to convince the professional/s that he indeed is mentally ill and in return basically gave him a get out of jail free card. in GA, where he is being sentenced, they do not let mentally ill people be with general population. it was predicted he would fight for the mental illness card, but it needs to be understood that he fought for his life to get it. by fight for his life, i mean being sent to general population prison would most definitely put his life in danger, so he had to have fought and pulled every card out of his extremely manipulative possession to make them believe it. it doesn’t surprise me that it turned out this way and that someone was gullible enough to believe him. that is the worst part of the sentencing.

putting that aside, he will be serving 10 year’s probation with a suspended sentence if he were to break the conditions of his probation. the conditions of his probation in short: HE WILL BE ON THE REGISTRY, mental health compliance, drug testing, ankle monitoring, BLOCKED FROM THE INTERNET, etc— If the rules of his probation are broken he will be sentenced to prison at a minimum of two years. As I said, I will update with more information regarding the sentencing details.

WHAT I ASK OF THE PUBLIC NOW: If you see something, SAY SOMETHING. If you see suspicious activity that may make you believe it could possibly be ciel star using the internet, because although he won’t be sent to prison now, it could very much be a possibility for the future if he were to be caught breaking the rules. As time has told throughout this trial over the past few years: he has broken the rules of his house arrest many times, and will most likely do it again because he clearly can’t control himself. so the possibility of him being in prison isn’t completely off the table— so this is why I ask everyone to look out for anything that you might believe could be him so it can be investigated.
