For the amazing fic writers! I adore your works (and have ten thousand prompts if anyone’s asking)Here’s a list of important places in the Witcher:
Kaer Morhen is far top right.
Vengerberg is at the bottom middle of Aedirn.
Rivia is just below Vengerberg.
Blavikan is on the sea boarder of Jamurlak.
Posada is a hamlet in Dol Blathanna.
Lettenhove is in Kerack, it’s not specified where suggesting it’s one of the smaller settlement that’s sizeable enough to have viscounts. However as @love-and-larks-and-white-wolves suggested Jaskier may actually be Redanian. There’s no definative answer as it’s never been revealed, but atleast this allows some artistic licence.
As for travel times, it’s a little odd in both the games and books. In Wild Hunt Geralt goes from Vizima to Kaer Morhen and it says 'one week later', Vizima is in Temeria, on this map it’s given the Polish name Wyzima.
