          "Sit, please," he said courteously. He glanced at the coin for           a moment before looking back up at the woman. "Care to           guess how long it will be spinning and which side it will land           on? Heads or tails?"

      As far as cute goes, she thinks her face can be pretty damn adorable at times.

Her back faced him. A stoical gaze of pale blues examined the silhouette against the light of the full moon outside. It illuminated the room they occupied. One hand reached out. Stroking over exposed flesh, letting her hair fall over her shoulder, settling against the crumbled sheets. Wrapping a hand around her neck would have been easy. Squeezing and playing with the sense of danger. Instead, the tip of his finger stroked over her cheek, an almost gentle touch. Being who he was, in the filthy field of work delivered more options than the average person. Blood was money, deaths were necessary. No questions asked, never changing his mind until he had seen her name on the front page of a file.
