Aru’s natural instinct upon getting off work was to explore, and not sleep as one would expect, and so explore she did. She didn’t have any destination in mind, just a leisurely stroll through the city, maybe she’d find a way out, maybe she’d just collapse first from exhaustion. Either was fine with her really.

After a ways of tired drifting. he found herself stopped in front of a large building whose elaborate design compared to its neighbors caught her eye. “Lollipop Library...” she read off the nameplate. More weird names.

Night time in this city gave a close feeling of comfort for Doppio, as much as he hated to admit it. It reminded him of the bright and flashy lights of the city he had come from and loved, As he strolled through the park, he watched the lights of the city flicker and shine among the darkness.

“...Huh.”

The gogglehead eventually happened upon a bench and took a small rest, looking towards the sky solemnly. He kept wondering why he was brought here, why he couldn’t get out, why everyone seemed so... used to this place, it all boggled his mind. What puzzled him even more was the fact that he was beginning to get used to it as well.

God, he really couldn’t be bothered to think about it anymore, Doppio decided it was time to get back ‘home’, or in other words, the place where first awoke after being whisked away here.

The boy stood up and gazed around for a second before coming to an awful conclusion. He was lost and had absolutely no idea where he was.

He began to worry; sure he was used to sleeping in parks but that was for a different reason!

“S-stay calm, Doppyon... we just need to retrace our steps...”

As he looked around trying to find where he came from, he found that he really did have no idea where he was but soon, he spotted what seemed to be a young girl with blue hair and jolted over to her.
