Having a little excitement with the new attractive place on my way back home, these mini stuffs. Crisp silky tofu from sumedang with spicy sweet fermented shrimp sauce as the star of this place.

Not just that.. on the side, it's hard to pick all the goodies of fried stuff like ; types of Cireng (authentic dish from west java, made from tapioka flour, scallion, garlic, seasoning and water and fried until crisp with a soft and chewy inside), spicy crispy batter tofu filled with veggies, or tempe, onde- onde (made with glutinous flour and rice flour) with sesame on the outside and sweet mungbean paste filling, gemblong (frying a mixture of glutinous and rice flour with shredded coconut, sugar, salt, coconut milk. Then coated with melted palm sugar that giving the sweet and crisp textures), fried sweet potato balls filled with palm sugar, fried wrapped banana, fishcake, and lemper (savory sticky rice with shreded chicken/fish filling wrapped in banana leaf and grilled), Etc

There still many other menu that i haven't got to taste,, hope i could have a chance to go to their restaurant on the side building to.
