Who were the first Christians if not the Jewish Gentiles who left the doctrine of the men and with it

For how could one accept the Islamic hadiths that are against these commandments:
âYou shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness,  Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.â Matthew 19: 18
like this hadith:
"and do not mutilate the dead bodies"
or this one
"do not kill children,"
as if no children were sacrificed in the Massacre of the Innocents.
Do you still believe Jesus Christ preached in the name of allah,
if we have the evidence HE did not in Matthew 28: 19:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching  them to observe all that I have commanded you."
Jesus did not come to save a religion, he came to save people.
IT MAKES ME SO MAD
I HATE IT when people say that all Muslims are going to hell. Especially Christians who say that.Â
To start, MUSLIMS AND CHRISTIANS(and jews) all worship THE SAME GOD! The god of Abraham. Secondly, the Bible says that "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son so that whoever believes in HIM... shall have eternal life"(Mark 3:16). This is how I know all Jews, Muslims and Christians are definitely going to heaven. I don't believe that only those three groups of people go to heaven though, because that would not be fair to the rest of the world. Personally, the only people I worry about are athiest/agnostics. And even then, I wouldn't be surprised if God loved them enough to let them into the kingdom of heaven anyway. Â
Jesus healed 10 lepers, and one returned to give thanks.
Are you going to be one of those Christians who are healed, and okay with just salvation and continues on their way, not discipleshiping others? Or are you going to be that Christian who comes back to God with gratefulness and love and appreciation. Jesus said to that leper, " Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole." in other words, your loyalty towards God is what will make you whole. Many people are healed but are not whole. Give thanks, stay loyal to God and you will have springs of joy and worth flow from your heart, you will not only be healed but you will be whole. Luke 17:11-19Â
