💙 They attended the academy around the same time, but despite being in the same social circle, they weren’t really close until they were both on the Enterprise... and after she stopped running away from him because her crush was so intense that she couldn’t talk to him and would turn in the other direction whenever he was coming her way. Made things difficult considering he was her captain LOL

Chris is the big spoon most of the time, but sometimes he needs to be little spoon especially if he’s having a bad night. Rhea’s happy to hold him and soothe him back to sleep.

Much like Trevan, it’s 100% always about how reckless they both can be. Chris is HIGHKEY self-sacrificial and Rhea has no real concern for her wellbeing.

Chris has carried her back to quarters when she was too tired to walk there herself. He doesn’t mind. Edit like eight hours later, but: Rhea can pick him up. The Enterprise’s Science Officers are all jacked.

Chris adores the grey streaks in Rhea’s hair. Rhea, on the other hand, has gotten lost in his eyes on more than one occasion.

Rhea leaves. Not kidding. She took the opportunity to transfer a LITTLE too fast, but at the least, she’s quick to come back like “I’M SORRY 🥺” Things are… much smoother after that. They’re more affectionate, cuddly.

Rhea alternates between querido and mi amor. Chris calls her all sorts of gross pet names in return– and if he’s sleepy enough, he’ll call her Rey.

Chris, but in his defense, Rhea goes out of her way to seek danger in the name of science.

Both of them!

They take turns, but most of the time, it’s Chris. Rhea is… kind of lazy.

Rhea. It’s always very unintelligible because her handwriting is shitty (and she’s usually half-asleep when she’s making his lunch), but Chris appreciates the sentiment.

Una was the first to know, but she knows everything and Chris couldn’t keep a secret from her if he tried.

For the most part, their family and friends are happy for them. Nico, though? Uh, not very happy his daughter decided to marry the exact man he told her not to. Also, Anton and Rafe are both monkey.jpeg because they were involved with Chris at one point or another. He is not immune to the Paradas.

Chris pulls her in whenever he can. No music required– he’ll hum something.

Chris isn’t bad at cooking, but he is very accident prone and usually leaves it to Rhea. She doesn’t mind; she likes cooking.

Chris is absolutely hopeless when she’s not around, so Rhea has to promise she’ll check up on him whenever she can. She’s just as bad, but she won’t admit it.

💙 Rhea has handled things with 178 teeth, been bit by the most venomous of creatures, and casually collects plants that could kill her, but the one thing she’s scared of? Horses. Chris was nothing short of amused to find out she was afraid of Tango of all things and it took a lot of convincing to get her up on the saddle. Even then, she refused to ride without him.

💙 She keeps a couple jars of sea shells on her nightstand. Some of them are ones she picked up herself, but mostly, they’re ones Chris has brought back for her as a sort of apology for when they’re apart-- whether it’s been a couple hours or a few weeks. 

💙 She has very strict rules about who’s allowed in her lab at times and who isn’t. Despite being captain, Chris earned himself a temporary ban after a couple of her slides got broken, but if you asked him, he’d argue it was a joint effort.

💙 Between both her brothers, she’s closest with Rafe. The two spent a good chunk of their childhood getting into all sorts of mischief while Anton sort of trailed behind them trying to make sure they didn’t actually get in trouble. They’re still close even now and comm each other at least once a week.

Ash. Clio’s not necessarily reckless, but she is a little… well, oblivious sometimes. She could be in potential danger and not even know it.

Clio did, but only because uh, Ash doesn’t really have anybody to tell. She was too excited not to tell her mom the minute it happened.

For the most part, they have everybody’s support. Clio’s older brother, Hector, is a little wary, though; he knows she’s been hurt in the past and he can’t be sure this time won’t be the same, but he’s quick to warm up to Ash after seeing how he acts with her.

Ash enjoys dancing (and loves his tiny wife), so he’ll always pull her in just to sway.

They’re both on pretty equal footing when it comes to cooking skills, so they either do it together or take turns. It’s a task for them to not get distracted by each other, though, and sometimes the food burns.
