I think that Instagram still has a voyeuristic element to it, where people like to get a glimpse into what they feel like is your “real life.” It’s not worth it when you go to someone’s page and it’s a full thumbnail view of nothing but pictures of themselves. I hope that no one ever comes to my page and gets that impression.

I made the same mistake a lot of times before I figured out that it’s better to be honest and hurt someone now, than lie and hurt them later, even if it’s just about how you feel.
