We have a long-standing family tradition of swapping #ornaments and this is one of my older and most favourite pieces 🎄 My dainty skydiving bunny floats among the branches carrying two teeny tiny starry parcels (which open!), wearing a gown decorated with deep green holly leaves and bright Christmas red tatted lace, all made by @sandiwoodsdesigner 🥰 . I have had to frog stitches in this pattern 3 times in 2 days and get creative as I'm off by one vertical row. So what are the benefits of stitching two panels together to make an ornament? Surely it’s easier to just cover the back of the stitched panel with fabric (such as sticky felt)? Well, apart from the extra stability, the cord for hanging sits in the ‘gutter’ between the two panels, needing only a couple of stitches at the top to secure - no glue required!
