Ingredients: 6 eggs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced ham. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, diced bell peppers, and diced onions to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together. Grease a baking dish or individual ramekins with cooking spray or butter. Pour the egg mixture into the greased dish or ramekins.
