You surely can have a relationship with God. Today is the day. It's not too late!
You're not too broken. You're not too far gone. You haven't messed up too much. You're in the right place at the right time.
Go to God and you will find all that you're looking for. All that you're searching for. If you want to find yourself, you have to find God first because all that you truly are is in Him.
Seek God, you'll find Him and discover who you truly are and who you're truly meant to be. He will lead you to become who you were created by Him to be π
Jeremiah 29:11-13
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
Challenge: Try to look at others with love and mercy, like God sees you, today. Instead of looking at their sins, mistakes, wrongs, and evils, look at them through the eyes of God: a broken, strongly loved and lost person.Β
P.S. This is about any situation. However, there is constant battle between christians about the LGBTQ+ community. I know that what they do is not right in Godβs eyes. However, hating them is not going to help and being rude is not going to help. So, look past what you know is wrong and show them the love of Christ.Β
FRIDAY 07: Be Sober and Vigilant
Believers are admonished to be sober and vigilant because the adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking who to devour.
Being vigilant is about keeping yourself spiritually fit β not letting down your guard, not going on holiday from prayer, the Word, or your walk with God. The enemy doesn't wait for a convenient time to strike.
Today's devotion reminds us to stay spiritually alert and never take a break from prayer, the Word, or watchfulness, because that's exactly the moment the enemy looks for.
