Consider all factors and then take into consideration things that are subject to change that your relationship with your peers that might get better over time while benefits and pay do change over time but less easily
Thanks! And all very true. Maybe I can also build good relationships with my new coworkers and I’m sure I’ll love the kids as well. I’m just the kind of person who gets attached very easily so it’s hard for me to leave my job behind. Moreover, my current boss can’t really give me a raise. He’s already doing the best he can but he can’t offer high salaries because that’s not the kind of school whose profits are enough to offer good money to its teachers. It’s not his fault. I love the job but I really need the money. And I will be given more resources at my new school which might make the teaching experience a lot easier. All good points to consider.
