Make the Min Size 0, set it to Multiply, pick Any Color and throw it to the north east But A Little Downward, this shade of blue really makes it Ball Point Pen-ish. I love the Noise shape for the brush, though if it has much difference from simple circle at such a small size, I'm not sure what it is. if u use this i would love to see what u make!!!

he doesn’t want to rush things with getting his siblings somewhere safe, he figures itll only happen when they’re ready, but there’ll be a LOT of resistance and very few opportunities to escape when it’s time, so if an opportunity came to get them somewhere where they dont have to be constantly subjected to the horrors of war he’d be on it. Afternoon would be spent CONSIDERING making it so that the UNSC could never find them again, but closing off that option for blue team to return if they wanted would be more detrimental than he’s willing to admit, so he leaves them able to keep in touch... but maybe he makes it so that it’s difficult to do. So long as his name and memory is wiped completely from the action of getting them somewhere safe, then hes good. He takes them to the park or the movies or some shit.
