It’s little things like this that just make me fall in love with luffy all over again. He’s just casually carrying two people, and even STILL reaches out to lift a rabbit the size of a fucking bear. The same kind that caused the avalanche and made him lose precious time to get Nami to a doctor, and also caused Sanji to go unconscious. And yet he still helps him out because it’s baby is panicking and luffy’s not the kind to just let that slide under his watch. He’s so cool. Just flexing on his strength AND humanity. A legend. Love him.

i was reading the chopper arc and nami lends luffy her coat and i feel like these two exchange clothes often. 

No matter how many times I read one piece, this scene always gets me. With my fear of heights this scares me, but luffy just powers right on (carrying two people!!) and just free climbs this fucker of a mountain. Even when his fingers start bleeding, and when he loses his coat, he doesn’t stop for literal Hours with the sheer fucking will pulling him onwards and god like this scene is what modern action movies Wish they could pull off.
