Adjarian Chokha
A chokha, also known as a cherkeska, is a woolen coat with a high neck that is part of the traditional male dress of peoples of the Caucasus.
The Adjarian chokha is worn in Adjara, Guria regions of Georgia and was worn in historical Lazeti (modern day Turkey), though, the outfit is more similar to the clothing worn by Pontic Greeks
Adjaran national men's costume consists of a shirt (perangi) and trousers cut out (dzigva) and sewn from wool fabric or sateen of a dark colour, usually black. Because the trousers are folded, wide on top and narrowed down, they were comfortable and practical to wear in action. The chokha was tied around with a special broad colourful belt sometimes made of leather with laces.
The head covering is a Kabalakhi (bashlik) it is a winter headwear made of thin wool. Of course, a traditional Caucasian outfit would not be complete without a dagger in sheath, a rifle and bandoiler, as seen in the above example housed in the Georgian National Museum, Tbilisi, Georgia.

chokha, traje tradicional da geórgia, dimitry ermakov
I love military male dress (and military uniform at all) too much. First two pic – megs in cherkeska (chokha). I've drawn cossack’s variant but it is an official uniform mostly in every caucasus country :D. Anyway just know this is a decepticon сossack version of Megatron (ahah) the last one is just my own help-list with faces. it’s kind of useless trash and the list will change but I put it here anyway, why not. doc
Lovers on a Terrace - Chokha (Attributed), c. 1800-1825
Pigments on paper, H: 8 9/16 x W: 6 3/8 in. (21.8 x 16.2 cm)
The artist is almost certainly Chokha, the son of the equally talented Bagata, who flourished during the first quarter of the nineteenth century. Both worked in the ancient state of Mewar, better know at this time as Udaipur and famous today for its romantic pleasure palace and hotel in the middle of a lake. Few pictures capture the amorous mood with such aesthetic aplomb as this masterpiece. If the lover is Prince Amar Singh of Udaipur, as has been suggested, then the terrace on which they cavort may be the palace on the lake, with hazy, blue-green waters beyond the balustrade and the hint of a monsoon sky above. The picture is a brilliant synthesis of abstract symbolism and concrete physicality. The languidly entwined bodies of the lovers express longing only with their eyes, even while the hot colors of the profligately strewn cushions reflect their burning desire. [x]
