Indulge in the rich and chocolatey goodness of these flour-less brownie cookies. Made with almond butter and cocoa powder, they are a gluten-free treat that will satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy almond butter. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 large egg. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the honey or maple syrup and almond butter in a bowl and mix them together until they are smooth and well mixed. Put in the vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, egg, and cocoa powder. Mix until you get a dough. It's okay to add the little chocolate chips. Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving a few inches between each one. To flatten, press down a little. Put the cookies in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Enjoy these tasty brownie cookies that don't need flour!
