Check out this insane Easter special cheesecake from @pleesecakes! It’s called Dip Dip Hooray!🐣🍰🍫 This was so good, and you can’t even see the best bit! (My bad). There’s a gooey creme egg style fondant in the middle that you dip toasted hot cross bun fingers into. It’s a double chocolate digestive biscuit base, vanilla cheesecake mixed with crushed Cadbury’s Mini Eggs and rainbow sprinkles, topped with Easter confectionary and an orange blossom yolk. One of the most instagrammable duo’s you’ll see, and I was a sucker and visited @saiddal1923uk because of the gram. I LOVE chocolate, I love cake, I love sweet stuff, but even for me it just all too sickly. Sure, you can get the cake and hot chocolate without the extra chocolate sauce, but I wanted to go all in. To be honest, if I had the cake on its own I think I would have been fine, and I always find that a fizzy coke will always help to cut through it all, and the cake is nice, it’s actually really nice, but I don’t recommend going OTT. I did have issues with the hot chocolate though. It’s not like drinking hot chocolate, this is literally a cup of melted hot chocolate, not really drinkable if you ask me, no wonder it comes in a very small cup. The other thing that could have influenced my opinion is the fact I had it after a meal, maybe this just isn’t dessert. Maybe it should all be had on an empty stomach, I dunno.
