thank you!!! that means a lot actually, i look up a lot to you and your blog.
i tried to put it all in a way that would show a healthier way to handle triggers while not blaming people for having their triggers. you can’t control what triggers you, but you can control how you react to it, and i think a lot of people on this website (esp younger ones) could learn a lot about healthy reactions to upsetting things
