Thank you! I'm glad you think so! (And your grammar was perfectly fine!) I've been drawing for a longgg time, years upon years, and I'm really still in the works of finding 'my style' as you can say. I'm still testing things like brushes, things that make me draw faster, makes my process easier, etc!
But for me, it was mostly just about what I found easy to draw. What style my art naturally went to when I was doodling y'know! For me personally, that was a more cartoonish style. I have tried other styles but this is just what I think suited me best. There's a lot of aspects when it comes to finding your own style.
So, the short answer would technically be years! XD
I'll give a few tips for anyone who's trying to find their style and wants them under the cut!
