Hm.. well this is actually pretty interesting.

Here is my take:

★If the reader is a member of the Shie Hassaikai then he probably wouldn't care too much as long as they weren't distracted from whatever tasks he gives them. And assuming he knows about their feelings he likely would not reciprocate and would be a bit confused but probably wouldn't bring it up often.

★If he were to find out then he would probably call reader to his office and tell them that he knows and that he doesn't really care for stuff like that. All he cares about is making the Shie Hassaikai great again. He would keep them on if they were good at their job and things would remain as they were before. He sees no reason that personal feelings should get in the way of work.

★If the reader were to take matters into their own hands, deciding that just working for him isn't enough for them, Chrono would definitely catch on instantly. This is because Overhaul would more than likely tell Chrono about the readers feelings for him and how strange he found it. That would mean Chrono would be watching you like a hawk. If he were to catch on then he would warn Overhaul instantly and have you taken out.

★On the rare scenario that Chrono did not find out or was not able to warn Overhaul in time, Kai would be difficult to kidnap. I believe that Chisaki is always aware of his surroundings. But say you did somehow manage to kidnap him and he found himself tied up or something then he would immediately Overhaul his way out and then Overhaul you too. But if he was unable to Overhaul his way out due to either Quirk surpressants or being unable to touch anything then he would most likely never give in to your delusional fantasies and would refuse to eat or drink anything you gave him. You're already sick in the head if you've gone through all of this just to have him to yourself, you must carry millions of diseases.
