Stealth Mode
Chip would shoot Agnes a text that he was on his way and then another when he was only a few blocks away saying he was around the corner. Sneaking required communication and slither. Any detail could matter. So, he kept her up to date. He wouldn’t go knocking or honking any horns as originally intended to make a scene as they drove off since sneaking out was now part of the plan. But, Chip almost liked this better. This made it feel like they were just hanging out for real and not just to get a rise out anyone despite knowing once someone realized she was missing it would do that too.
In the idea of being stealth instead of noisy like before he decided to drive one of their more modern vehicles, an off road jeep gladiator the boys all shared. Bright fire engine red. They took this one to the rallies when they being spectators and not participants. So, he’d roll up nearby quiet as his new engine purred. He shot her a text and told her he was parked around the block and wondered if he should come in front of the house or stay around back?
Chip: You want me to come up and get you?
He was actually worried she might not know how to be sneaky despite being willing. She hadn’t climbed since a 10 year old rock wall party so he wondered how she’d do scaling her big house. She had power out the watootie, but that had nothing to do with climbing or being quiet.
