Right, so you mean to tell me that Emma, not even being fully the Dark One, loved the power more than she loved her own son, with whom she does share True Love, and she was choosing the power, to stay the Dark One and hurting him, abandoning him, because hey, she healed someone of no importance to her & she loved that! She tore a young girlâs heart out, broke her sonâs heart, manipulated him, in order to free Merlin to free her from the Darkness, excusing all of her bad deeds as trying to stop the Darkness & âfor her sonâ, but when itâs about trying to stupidly justify Hοοkâs failed attempts at TL kiss, before said bad deeds, she was âlovingâ the power of being the Dark One, didnât want it to stop it, was choosing it over being happy Emma with her son & thatâs why he failed, you guuuuuys!
They want us to believe as fully the DO she still loves her son, but before, just barely having becoming the DO, she was loving the power more & she was choosing to stay the DO. If only I had a dollar for every facepalm I had to endure because of OUAT f*ckery in order to push emetic pairings⌠*sigh*
Rumpel wanted to stay the Dark One in order to find his son, Emma âwas loving the powerâ & choosing to be the Dark One hurting her son in the process? How do they honestly expect anyone with half a mind to believe that she ever loved anything more than her own son? Because by becoming the DO, she was losing him, not choosing him, not saving him. If all this is not a desperate and quite pathetic attempt in order to try and force CrS as âTLâ then I donât know what it is.
Plus, didnât Emma say that she doesnât want the power to Nimue? So how exactly is she loving it & âchoosingâ it when she aggressively asserts that she is not nothing & that she doesnât want that power? They mustâve seriously written themselves into a corner when they canât turn around a pairing and make it seem good without literally contradicting themselves/the show/its history/the continuity!
