Add a crunchy chip crust to your grilled corn to make it taste even better. This is a great way to change up a classic BBQ dish. Great for summer parties and get-togethers.
Ingredients: 4 ears of corn, husks removed. 1 cup crushed tortilla chips. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Crush tortilla chips and mix them with Parmesan cheese, melted butter, chili powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Use a brush to cover each ear of corn evenly with the chip mixture. To taste, add salt and pepper to the corn. Put the corn with the chip crust on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the corn every now and then, until it is soft and the chips are golden brown. Take it off the grill and add fresh cilantro on top. As soon as you serve it, enjoy the crunchy goodness!
