one thing about characters who write themselves is that sometimes they’ll write their own characters and that’s how you end up with a ghost who has an OC named “butt” and their title is “the blood”
and it’s all in a conlang

i have a project that’s unintentionally turned into “wtf is on chikn’s subconscious now” and “wtf will be put on chikn’s subconscious by this piece?”
anyway, i wrote a sequence (which is. chaos incarnate) in which the protagonist catches a fish with her bare hands, terrorizes her friends with it, and then proceeds to wreak havoc on an ecosystem with help from her sibling
what came out of this: an inside joke among my friends, a character who i’ve had for years but never designed getting an appearance based on a fish (and the entire species going full in on marine references, which i’d only been using as analogy before), and a tumblr feed full of fish art
i’d say this is a win
I made more music. It had a title partially in a conlang. I sacrificed my fingers, my GPA, and my firstborn to make it. Please enjoy it I beg you:
Bits and Pieces (Torari ta Litorari) comes to streaming February 11th! So. You can look forward to adding it to playlists then.
I would like a summary of the piece of writing of yours you are currently most excited for, please and thank you?
HRJSHFHWHIWJRJEJEK OKAY.
my current project that i’ve been working on for… a while now… is a four-part coming-of-age story set in a fictional urban fantasy world. it takes place broadly at a uh, very slightly eldritch school but also not, featuring the characters in a program that's frankly an excuse to Let Them Do Cool Things. it’s an ensemble cast story featuring five main characters called Team Gang and their adventures in and out of school. i genuinely don’t know how to explain what the hell ACTUALLY happens because it’s. a lot. there’s dimension crossing, time travel, eldritch horror, and the power of friendship! maybe i’ll post more about it on tumblr but i honestly don’t know where to begin.
