Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
Lemon wedges for garnishing
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste to make a fine paste.
In a bowl, mix together the chicken cubes, the green herb paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, and yogurt. Mix well so that the chicken is coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
