Detienen en Chiclayo a policía de La Libertad acusado de exigir cupo de S/ 600 mensuales a señorita
El suboficial PNP José Manuel Licera Peralta, asignado a la comisaría de Pacanguilla en la provincia de Chepén, fue detenido en el Hospital Regional Policial de Chiclayo tras ser señalado de exigir un “cupo” de S/ 600 mensuales a una joven, bajo la amenaza de atentar contra su integridad y la de su familia.
La agraviada, de 22 años, relató que desde el 25 de agosto empezó a recibir llamadas y mensajes que le exigían el pago mensual. Los extorsionadores aseguraban conocer sus movimientos y advertían represalias en caso de no pagar. La investigación identificó varios números vinculados y un IMEI (Identidad Internacional de Equipo Móvil) asociado al equipo del agente.
Agentes especializados ubicaron al suboficial en el nosocomio policial de Chiclayo, pues se encontraba con descanso médico. En el operativo se incautó el equipo telefónico que podría contener pruebas clave. El detenido fue trasladado a las instalaciones de la Divincri para continuar con las diligencias.
La Fiscalía evaluará las pruebas y podría solicitar medidas cautelares, incluida prisión preventiva, para garantizar que no haya obstrucción del proceso. La PNP también investigará si existió complicidad de otros efectivos y cómo se produjo el vínculo entre los números telefónicos y el IMEI atribuido al agente.
