Hello, I hope that you are doing well today. I decided to answer this for Bianca Moore, my protagonist for Fantasy Worlds Collide: a passion project that fuses fandom content with original work.

What are small things that make them happy?
Bianca, for all her fearsome titles and cataclysmic ambitions, finds deep comfort in small, quiet moments that tether her to a semblance of peace. The feel of Sephiroth’s fingers idly combing through her hair or the weight of his presence pressed against her back when they sleep calms the storm inside her. She cherishes the sensory intimacy of their bond: the soft subtle thrum of his heartbeat echoing beneath her ear and the soft sound of his voice murmuring her name. She also adores little indulgences: the warmth of a fresh cup of sweetened coffee laced with cinnamon, the feel of leather beneath her fingertips, and the comfort of wrapping herself in her old, cream-colored trench coat. It’s the grounded, tactile things that center her.
When she has Aurora and Lucien, her children's laughter brightens her day. She smiles at the sight of starlight reflecting on dark water, finding beauty in the infinite universe, and takes comfort in reading books she once wrote under her pen name that she will conjure on Gaia. Bianca also finds joy in music, especially haunting melodies on the piano or violin. She learned to play when she lived with Mordecai. She enjoys it more so when Sephiroth hums along with the melodies.

Bianca's fears are the kind that live deep, buried under layers of resolve and cosmic power. Chief among them is the fear of losing Sephiroth: not just physically, but to manipulation or death. She’s already lost Mordecai, the man she married before Sephiroth, and the wound of that sacrifice remains raw beneath her skin. That kind of grief carved a hole in her soul that only Sephiroth’s presence fills, so the thought of losing him now terrifies her more than being captured, tortured, or erased from existence. She also harbors a visceral fear of being restrained, vivisected, or returned to the clinical horrors of Shinra’s labs: an echo of Diana and Hojo’s twisted experiments that left her scarred emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Despite the depth of her pain, Bianca does not talk openly about these fears. Vulnerability, to her, feels dangerous. It's something that could be used against her or compromise her ability to protect Sephiroth and herself. She lets him feel her fear through their bond sometimes, but even then, she dulls it, keeps it hidden beneath layers of rage or lust. Only in rare, raw moments does she let fragments of her terror slip free. Usually this is in the dark, post-battle, or wrapped around Sephiroth in the safety of their shared silence, as he holds her. She’s not afraid of monsters, gods, or death. But the past, the scalpel, the cold table, and the empty bed beside her? Those haunt her like ghosts she can’t exorcise.

3. What would they want to be remembered for?
Bianca doesn’t care about legacy in the traditional sense. She's not interested in being idolized, forgiven, or understood. But if anyone were to remember her, she would want it to be as a force of unstoppable change: a harbinger who shattered the stagnation and corruption of Creation and dared to remake it with her own hands. She wants to be remembered not as a victim of divine tragedy or a lost experiment of Shinra, but as the one who embraced chaos and turned it into purpose. She wants to be a woman who looked the gods, and the Creator, in the eye and said, “I will write the ending myself.” Her name should be whispered with awe or fear, not pity. She would be the herald of change and life: never cage what was born of both heaven and hell.
But beneath that ambition, Bianca would want at least one person to remember her simply as someone who loved deeply and completely. That she stood by Sephiroth when the cruel world labeled him mad, believed in him when no one else would, and walked through oblivion just to stay at his side. She would want her children to know that their mother didn’t fall into darkness; she chose it to protect the ones she loved, even them. Even when Existence crumbles, even if her name were lost to time, if Sephiroth remembers her with a fierce, maddening, udying love, then that’s enough.

I absolutely agree that trying to get them out together is going to be hella dangerous, but I think as a mother I couldn't be apart from my child with this much of an unknown that they are facing.
Yes, Esme is the main target, but at this point, they would even go after Millie separately to hurt Esme in the deepest way possible before finalizing their revenge/vengeance by eliminating her next.
This had to be a very difficult choice for Tyler as well after having just gone through the attack with Millie in his care. Trusting Alcott is not something that I see Tyler fully doing although Esme vouched for him. This is too important to have any doubts and lack of trust.
This had better not be some double-agent BS going on... convince them of an alternate plan but there is an underlying motive. I, like Tyler, have no choice but to trust Esme's judgment. I will be on edge for the entire extraction phase!

Mira has betrayed her father, Gol D Roger. In a really, very terrible way. Only she doesn’t know she did. He probably did. And it almost destroys her and results in her pretty much throwing away the life she's really wanted when she finds out/remembers.
future: What's the worst possible future for your OC? Are they taking steps to avoid that outcome? Are they even aware it's a possibility?
Alone, stuck on land and separated from the people she loves most. And ironically, it's exactly what she choses as "punishment" for aforementioned betrayal at her father. Bringing harm to those she loves more than life itself is another horror future and she believes that by chosing the other, lonely one she's taking the necessary steps to avoid it.
mistake: What's the worst mistake your OC ever made? What led to them making it? Have they been able to fix it? How have they moved on?
First one had to be the time teenage Mira wanted to snatch a taste of freedom by sneaking off with Shanks and Buggy to blow off some steam. She didn't take it seriously when she was told again and again that her parentage was enough to put her in constant danger and it ended with her being abducted, experimented on and being forced to eat a Devil Fruit. It also leads to her betraying her father and later to her leaving Shanks without goodbye or an explanation - the latter probably being a terrible mistake in itself.
pain: What's the worst pain your OC has ever felt? Do they have a high pain tolerance?
Being experimented on and redacted by a secret and only half official Cipherpol cell probably wasn't fun, but she doesn’t really remember what happened to her there, because redacted so it only half counts. Also redacted, as I can say from experience, isn't a walk in the park. But I imagine her Mystical Zoan comes with at least a side of extra endurance, so my girl doesn’t break easy ❤️

They can dish it but they can't take it. And all we are laughing about is a hilarious message we shared in a chat and because anon are being outed by people they trust. They can send you and sirens stuff about me but can't take a post with laughing gifs on it? We are laughing over the "drinks many wines" and "sociopath to the highest degree". That's not bullying.
