There aren’t many cooler spots to spend an evening in Napa than the Archer Hotel. Fantastic Happy Hour with @roomanouche where we had a chance to open one of the wines we are evaluating for possible import - 2017 Chichateau Pink Pink, a true garage wine from Serbia. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Boldly aromatic and very full-bodied on the palate. Red fruits dominate but there is also stone fruit and a hint of citrus.
